You can now set a rule: “move all email body content older than X days (e.g. 10, 90 or 180) to file storage.” This puts YOU in control of storage optimisation.
Fully In-Dataverse
Just like before, no data leaves your Dynamics environment. All content stays within your Dataverse tenant, subject to your security roles and compliance policies.
Transparent to Users
Even after migration, emails remain readable — users won’t notice a difference. Your CRM stays lean, fast, and fully functional.
